We offer specialized dumpster sizes to perfectly match your project scale. Whether it's a quick home cleanout or a significant renovation, we have the right fit. Our 12 Yard dumpsters have lower sides for easy loading.
12-Yard Dumpster
Best for smaller cleanouts & projects. Great choice when you're cleaning out one or two areas of your home.
*Lower sides make loading easier for contractors

15-Yard Dumpster
Best for larger cleanouts & renovation projects. Great choice when you have a bigger project or simply want more room.

Prices and Fees
Standard 7-Day Rental: $250 + tax
Weekend Warrior: $200 + tax — Friday delivery, Monday pickup
Dumpster Swap: $150 + tax, plus disposal/weight charges
Additional Rental Days: $10/day + tax
Disposal/Weight: $0.055 per lb ($110 per ton)
Dry Run / Overfilled Dumpster: $150
Explanation of Prices and Fees
Simple, Straightforward Pricing
Our dumpster rentals are priced to keep things simple. Your rental includes the dumpster and your standard rental period, with disposal charges based on the actual weight of what you throw away.
📅 Standard 7-Day Rental
Our standard dumpster rental gives you up to 7 days to complete your project. The rental period begins on the date your dumpster is delivered.
7-day rental: $250 + tax
⚡ Weekend Warrior
Need a dumpster just for the weekend? Our Weekend Warrior option is perfect for those quick projects.
We'll deliver your dumpster before 4:00 PM Friday, and pick it up anytime after 7:00 AM Monday.
Weekend Warrior: $200 + tax
🔄 Need a Dumpster Swap?
If you fill your dumpster before your project is finished, no problem! We can swap your full dumpster for an empty one.
A $150 + tax swap fee applies, along with the disposal/weight charge for the material being removed.
** Please note: A dumpster swap does not restart your 7-day rental period. Additional days after the original 7-day rental are $10 per day + tax, regardless of how many dumpsters are swapped.
⚖️ Disposal & Weight
Your rental price covers the dumpster and rental period. Disposal charges are based on the actual weight of the material in the dumpster.
Our disposal rate is:
$0.055 per pound ($110 per ton) ** 1 ton = 2,000 pounds
You'll receive the disposal/dump ticket with your invoice so you can see the actual weight and disposal charge.
🚛 Dry Run / Overfilled Dumpster
For everyone's safety, dumpsters must be loaded evenly and no higher than the top rail.
If a dumpster is overfilled or cannot be safely accessed or hauled, we may be unable to pick it up.
A $150 dry-run/overfilled dumpster charge may apply.

- Explosives, ammunition, or firearms
- Batteries
- Medical waste, needles, or biohazardous materials
- Radioactive materials
- Hazardous or toxic waste
- Freon/refrigerants
- Tires (unless specifically approved)
- Electronics (unless specifically approved)
- Liquids of any kind
- Any other materials prohibited by the disposal facility
